Hello, We are an e-commerce company selling Polish Brands direct to consumers in France. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Support & Process Manager to join & manage our support team & create solid support back-office processes that can scale up during our high growth period.

Some of your responsibilities: - Customer support in French - Train and manage the customer support team day-to-day via your direct reports

  • Monitor & Oversee all customer satisfaction activities, including collection of data, analysis of data, and creating actionable insight to improve customer happiness overtime

  • Plan the strategy for the growth of the customer experience team and customer support capabilities to meet company & team objectives

  • Effectively communicate company-wide the performance and capabilities of the team

  • Work with the IT team to plan the development improvements of internal customer processes & tools
