Hello, We are an e-commerce company selling Polish Brands direct to consumers in France. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Support & Process Manager to join & manage our support team & create solid support back-office processes that can scale up during our high growth period.
Some of your responsibilities: - Customer support in French - Train and manage the customer support team day-to-day via your direct reports
Monitor & Oversee all customer satisfaction activities, including collection of data, analysis of data, and creating actionable insight to improve customer happiness overtime
Plan the strategy for the growth of the customer experience team and customer support capabilities to meet company & team objectives
Effectively communicate company-wide the performance and capabilities of the team
Work with the IT team to plan the development improvements of internal customer processes & tools
