Established since 2006 Bodia has started its activities by opening sheltering cocooning Spas (www.bodia-spa.com) in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh proposing an authentic vision of relaxation in a modernly designed Cambodian Spa. In order to guaranty the quality of its treatment Bodia has created its own line of natural products made in Cambodia that promotes the local know-hows and uses local resources under the brand Bodia Cambodian Apothecary (www.bodia.com) .
Nowadays, Bodia is a network of 6 Spas (3 in Phnom Penh + 3 in Siem Reap) dispensing quality treatments and proposing therapist training to other Spa or hotels and extending its service to franchise opening. Products are made in our own factory in Phnom Penh and sold in Spas, 6 dedicated boutiques, a network of 50 local customers, 1 online store.
Particularly sensitive to social progress to be made in professional environment of Cambodia, the Bodia group takes to heart to develop a long term activity in the respect of collaborator’s dignity and therefor gets concerned by every social implication of its partners and collaborators by applying fair trade’s principle on a daily basis.
Scope of work:
Establish and implement the Communication & Marketing strategy of Bodia Spa and Bodia Cambodian Apothecary.
Management and Operational responsibilities:
Communication & marketing Manager is in charge of all communication supports used to promote the Bodia brand and services.
He/ She manages a team of 3 people including :
- Communication supervisor
- Digital Media supervisor
- Communication & Graphic assistant
Communication & Marketing Manager is then in charge to cover all tasks, reports and budget related to:
- Marketing strategy/planning
Cooperate with Marketing Manager and all management team to create and implement a Marketing & Sales Plan.
Implement marketing Plan and supply marketing and communication supports to sales team for retail & wholesale locations.
- Budget management
Mark & Comm Manager shall be in charge of determining and monitoring the marketing and communication budget.
- offline and online communication:
o Press editions : advertising, articles etc…
o Social media & Community management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, tripadvisor, …)
o SMS Campaign
- Advertising and Promotion:
In cooperation with Sales Manager, he/ she shall determine, implement and monitor the communication strategy and display of promotion planning for the year in all selling points.
- Selling points display implementation and monitoring
He/ she and his team are in charge of monitoring training accordingly in order to ensure a constant valued image of Bodia brand and products. He/ She shall visit places regularly in order to control the proper maintenance.
- Products & project management:
As part of the management board, the Marketing & Communication Manager shall be aware of the market benchmark and trends. Always aware about the competition offers he/ she is shall bring recommendations of development to be undertaken by management team.
Human Resources responsibilities:
As manager of a team of 3 people minimum, the Marketing & Communication Manager is in charge of their coordination, reporting and action’s follow up. He/ she shall recommend promotion, bonus evaluation and / or termination of his/ her team members accordingly.
The qualified candidate will have the following experience;
- Bachelor degree in sales & marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in related field of work.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience of managing individuals and teams
- Good analytical mind.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to Motivate Staff
- Own Initiative
- Able to adapt to different situations and arising challenges/ able to work in a team.
- Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 (based on experience)
- Benefit (phone & petrol): USD 100.00/month
- Insurance: Accident group insurance policy
- For foreigners: Working permit & VISA (on its renewal after probation passed)
Duration: minimum 2 years.
