Intern position for 6 Months in Paris starting as soon as possible

We plan to hire an International project Coordinator by June-July 2018, who will work with the International Hubs Manager - coordinating and supporting our Hello Tomorrow Ambassadors organizing events and local startup competitions in 11 countries, our so-called Hello Tomorrow Local Hubs. She/he will be supporting the local teams in their day-to-day job and keep track of timelines and priorities.

About the Hello Tomorrow international Hubs:

Hello Tomorrow relies on a vibrant worldwide community. Our local presence worldwide is crucial to understanding local challenges, identifying local entrepreneurs, and promoting and connecting them with international innovation networks.

In 2018 we’ve handpicked community builders, the Hello Tomorrow Ambassadors, to develop our local hubs in 11 countries around the world (Brazil, Ghana, Hungary, India, Japan, Malta, Miami, Pakitan, Singapore, Switzerland and Turkey).

In each hub we organize events and local startup competitions to promote local entrepreneurs and answer specific local needs:

+ Raising awareness for local innovations, talents & expertise.

+ Encouraging interdisciplinary collaborations between entrepreneurs, investors, scientists, industries & policy-makers.

+ Attracting international talents to local entrepreneurial opportunities.

+ Identifying technological solutions for local & global challenges.

By the end of 2018, we are planning to launch new hubs and diversify the activities organized locally.

1/ What will you do?

Together with the International Hubs Manager you will be:

+ Supporting the Ambassadors in their day-to-day work (improving tools and resources, help designing communication material, advising on the event’s programs & organisation, supporting the sponsoring & selling strategy …)

+ Keeping track guidelines for the Ambassadors & make sure they follow them

+ Gathering local activities news and content

+ Keeping Ambassadors updated on Hello Tomorrow’s activities (i.e. monthly newsletter)

+ Boosting the Ambassadors Community by facilitating their interactions

2/ Who are you?

+ Strong organisational & communication skills

+ Fluency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets, etc.)

+ Solid fluency in English

+ Passion for science, technologies, innovation

+ Excited by sharing ideas & content

+ Flexibility & willingness to take initiative

+ Curious & Open-minded

+ Strong belief in getting things done!

+ Experience in international exposure

+ Experience in event organization is a PLUS

+ Experience in community management is a PLUS

+ Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite is a PLUS
